For 20 years, the Culpeper Football Association (CFA) has been an anchor in providing quality educational football and cheerleading activities. CFA has instilled fundamental values of good sportsmanship skills, teamwork and knowledge of football and cheerleading. In addition, CFA provides youth the opportunity to participate in physical activity to reduce childhood obesity in our community.
With well experienced Coaches and Staff, CFA has been able to manage the demand of the sport, as in years past; CFA has enrolled over 1,000 children into football and cheer. However, due to equipment costs and mandatory replacement of equipment (to keep our children safe), CFA was faced with a severe financial burden. Over the course of the years, CFA was left with no choice but to increase registration fees to keep up with rising equipment costs. While registration fees increased, enrollment decreased; CFA maintained its position to NEVER turn a child away from participating in football or cheer because of financial reasons.
With the support of our sponsors, CFA continues to provide quality football and cheer activity; however, CFA is still faced with financial burdens as more and more families that CFA serves are low income. Culpeper County, alone has 15.5% of children living in poverty.
We would like to ask you for a sponsorship support for the 2022 Football and Cheer season. With your support, CFA will be able to successfully serve over 500 children. During the season on any given Saturday, along with 150 volunteers, 4,000 individuals come to watch their children, grandchildren, and friends play in a spirited, safe and coordinated atmosphere at the Culpeper Sports Complex. We cannot do it without your generous support!
We ask that you will consider one of the following sponsorship levels for the 2022 season:
- $2,500 Division Sponsorship
- $500 Team Sponsorship (FALL: Football and Cheer)
- $250 Team Sponsorship (SPRING: Flag – Girl & Boys) (FALL: Flag - Girls)
- $150 Scholarship Sponsorship
As you consider a sponsorship level, please know that CFA is a non-profit organization and all contributions go toward the benefit of serving a community in need of youth football and cheerleading to promote healthy exercise, encourage team building skills and create a nurturing and safe environment.
