Culpeper Football Association (CFA) provides a recreational football and cheerleading league that will foster in our area youth the qualities of sportsmanship, team play, and integrity. The CFA believes that the well-being of the sport depends on a broad appreciation of the game, excellence in coaching, an emphasis on safety and health, high levels of youth participation and collaboration with the many partner organizations involved in youth football and cheerleading.  We will promote this through fun, family, and fundamentals.

History: 
In 2004, Mark Settle and Tim Morris created Culpeper Football Association (CFA) to provide a recreational football and cheerleading league that will foster in our area youth the qualities of sportsmanship, team play, and integrity.  CFA has grown from 250 participants in 2004 to over 700 in 2011, making CFA one of the largest youth football leagues in the State of Virginia.
